General Conditions of Entry
By entering The Dreamery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Cancellation by You
- All booking are non-refundable.
- Name changes or rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
- Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the experience due to weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. In this case you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Health & Safety
You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy that may affect your ability to participate safely. You agree to follow all safety briefings and instructions given by our staff. The Dreamery features special lighting effects including some low light areas and flashing lights.
- Age & Supervision
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Alcohol & Drugs
No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be permitted to participate. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe you are impaired.
- Liability Waiver
You participate at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dreamery and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.
New Zealand’s Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) provides no-fault personal injury cover for accidents in NZ – you agree this is your primary recourse for any injury.
- Photos & Video
We may take photos or video during the experience for marketing purposes. By participating you consent to this unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
By entering The Dreamery, you acknowledge these conditions and accept that we are not responsible for lost property, injuries, or adverse reactions.
Failure to comply with the rules may result in removal from the premises without compensation.
9.Additional Safety & Maintenance Policies
Security & Monitoring:
CCTV cameras are in operation at reception and inside the maze to ensure customer safety. Staff monitor for any distressed visitors and provide assistance if needed.
Customer Footwear: Customers must remove shoes before entering to protect flooring.
All personal belongings must be stored at reception.
- Privacy
Your personal information is collected only for booking and safety purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
